Erik was born and raised in Willow Springs, graduating from Willow Springs High School in 1996. Following high school, Erik attended Missouri State University in West Plains and then Springfield, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship in 2000. Erik returned to Willow Springs to join Coastal Energy. Erik has worked in all aspects of the business, and enjoys the challenge each new day brings. 

Erik and his wife, Katie, make their home on the family farm outside Willow Springs along with their two daughters. When Erik isn't at work, he enjoys spending time outside working around the house and farm. He also collects classic cars and baseball memorabilia to balance out all the pink, glittery things that come with living in a house full of women!

Joe joined Coastal Energy and FMC Transport in 2015, after 10 years with Fabick Caterpillar, first as a Truck/Engine Technician and then as Truck Shop Service Supervisor. Joe was born and raised in Marshfield, Missouri, attending Marshfield High School. He went on to attend Ozark Technical College's Diesel Technology program. 

 Joe puts his extensive experience to work managing the Willow Springs Shop facility, overseeing equipment maintenance company-wide, and maintaining relationships with vendors, dealers, and suppliers. 

​Joe and his wife, Kim, have two children - Tyler and Haley. Joe loves spending time with his family and friends, working around his farm, and spending time outdoors hunting and hiking.

Jake was born and raised in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and graduated from Mountain Grove High School in 1983. He has worked in the tire sales and automotive service industry for over 37 years, most recently with 1st Tire & Wheel as a wholesale Business & Development Manager. Jake also served the City of Mountain Grove as an Alderman for one term and Mayor for two terms.

Jake and his wife, Kelly, have been married for 35 years and make their home in Mountain Grove. They have two grown children and five grandchildren, who all live nearby. In his spare time, Jake enjoys working on the farm with his cattle, team roping, and deer hunting.

Brady found his home at Bear Crossing Tire Center in 2020 and has recently been promoted to assistant manager. He prides himself in have extensive on-the-job training in both customer service and as a tire technician.

Brady and his wife, Kassidy are expecting twin boys summer 2025. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with both his immediate and extended family. Brady also sings and plays guitar at CrossWay Fellowship Church.

Philip brings a wealth of accounting experience to our management team. He earned a degree in accounting from Harding University and then began his career in Tennessee. Philip has worked as a Controller/CFO for 25 years, the last 18 of which were spent in Willow Springs. 

Philip and his Gayle are the proud parents of 3 children, Cole and wife Amber, Cory and fiancé Trinity, and Chole and husband Dakota. They also have 2 grandchildren, Callahan and Dawson. In his spare time Philip enjoys spending quality time with his family and participating in any kind of outdoor sports.

Sherry has a wide variety of career experience in banking, church ministry, and insurance. Born and raised in West Plains, MO, Sherry graduated from West Plains High School and then continued her education at Missouri State University - West Plains and Midwest College of Theology. Sherry has an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies as well as her Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Sherry and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 32 years. They have two children,

Caleb and wife Kelsey, and Emily along with

2 fur grandbabies, Gus and Gunther. When she's not working, Sherry loves to read, garden,

go hiking, and travel.

Emily has been with Bear Crossing Truck Wash since 2022. She currently works at the front desk, greeting and assisting all of our customers. Emily graduated from Willow Springs Highschool in 2020 and then went on to get her Associates from Missouri State University – West Plains. She previously worked at the Willow Springs YMCA as a front desk manager.

When she is not at work, Emily enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and two dogs; Toby and Ollie.
